Pull new reports
Ohio's public crash-report portal opens inside the app. Staff completes the CAPTCHA for each search; AfterImpact never bypasses the portal's access controls.
Find who's relevant
Injury reports in your service area are read automatically. Property-damage-only crashes, duplicates, minors, witnesses and fatal crashes are excluded.
Check every rule
Each person passes the rules engine first: waiting periods, per-channel contact limits and opt-outs. If something isn't allowed, it's held or blocked, then logged.
Send and track
An education-first letter on your letterhead, approved by you, mailed USPS First-Class. Responses and new patients are tracked back to the letter that started them.
Whiplash doesn't always hurt on day one.
Your letter says so, plainly and kindly, with one clear next step. Mail comes first. Phone and text follow-up are on the roadmap and will stay off until each clinic's counsel signs off.

Compliance isn't a setting.
It's the foundation.
Ohio R.C. 1349.05 sets out how and when a health care practitioner may contact someone involved in a motor vehicle accident. AfterImpact builds those limits into the software, so your staff doesn't have to remember them and can't skip them.
In-person solicitation isn't something the product can do. There's no door-knocking workflow at all.
No contact of any kind is generated until at least 24 hours after the accident.
At most one letter, one email and one text per person, enforced by the engine.
No more than one call per 48 hours, with Do Not Call checks first. Phone outreach is off by default.
Minors, witnesses and anyone in a fatal crash are kept out of outreach entirely.
Every check, touch point and blocked attempt is timestamped and hash-chained, and exportable when you need to show your work.

AfterImpact installs on your clinic's Windows PC. Reports and prospect data are stored locally and encrypted at rest, not in someone else's cloud. Only what's needed to print and mail a letter leaves the machine.
